In her lifetime, Alison has created by freehand over 6,000 original pieces of symmetric (sacred geometry) and A-symmetric artwork which have found homes throughout the world.
Gjennom Alisons liv har hun skapt 6000 originale hellige geometri mønster på frihånd som befinnes verden rundt i andres hjem.
Since the millenium her paintings are produced through major Numerological Divination (from Latin divinare "to be inspired by god") inspiration by the "source" as well as her vast interest in contemporary art entwined with her mantra of "infinity, peace and healing" whilst working
with her pieces.
Siden år 2000 har hennes malerier vært basert på guddommelige kraft inspirert av kilden i 6.dimensjon så vel som hennes interesse i samtidskunst der hun mantra "uendelighet, fred og healing"mens hun arbeider.
Prior to the millenium she has also produced artwork in diverse techniques with original designs and concepts since a young child. Her work has been sold in USA, Norway, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Denmark, Australia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Crete, Ireland, Poland, Canada, Romania and Spain. Her work has included oil painting, watercolour, china-painting, glass decorating, collages plus designer cards, and are all part of her high quality renommé as an artist and a teacher.
Før år 2000 produserte Alison kunst i diverse teknikker med sine original design og konsepter siden barneårene. Hennes arbeid er solgt i USA, Norge, England, Frankrike, Italia, Bulgaria, Danmark, Australia, Finland, Sverige, Tyskland,Kreta, Ireland, Poland, Canada, Romania og Spania. Hennes arbeid inkludere olje, akvarell, porselen, glass, collage og design kort, som er en del av hennes kvalitet som en kunstner / designer og lærer.
As a Norwegian-American, born and raised on Long Island, New
York, and now residing in Norway and Spain, she also has an inborn interest and talent in the art of rosepainting (rosemaling) which
originates from the religious symbolism of the achantus vine
throughout the Mediterrraen. She studied the art at Sand Handcraft School with instructor Bergliot Lunde and attended workshops throughout Norway with other well-known rosepainting artists.
Her work in this technique has been in such demand and sales
have been ongoing reflecting her talent and success in this field.
Som en Norsk-Amerikaner, født og oppvokst på Long Island i staten New York, bosatt nå på Karmøy, har hun hatt en sterk interesse og talent i rosemaling som er opprinnelig fra religiøs symbolikk av akantusbladet som finnes i sør-europa. Alison har studert rosemaling ved Suldal Håndverkskule med Bergliot Lunde som lærer. Hun har også brukt en del tid sammen med kjente rosemalere i Telemark. Hennes arbeid har vært så ettersøkt som reflektere hennes talent og suksess som er basert på hennes lidenskap i faget, en av mange.
Her professionality as a rosepainter is registered through the Royal Cultural Department - Maihaugen in Lillehammer, NORWAY.
Alison er registrert som konsulent i rosemaling som en verneverdige fag ved Maihaugen via Det Kongelig Kultur Departmentet siden 1982 frem til dags dato.
